Our career counselling services aim to empower learners for lifelong success by focusing on personal, social, and intellectual growth, rather than just securing admission. Our career counsellors follow a systematic approach that involves identifying individual strengths, weaknesses, learning patterns, and interests using tools such as fingerprint testing, aptitude tests, IQ tests, or interest tests. Based on the results, the counsellor works with the individual to identify potential career choices and map out the pathway towards the desired goal, including choosing the right board, course and university.
Secondary school learners are characterized by rapid physical growth, curiosity, and an emerging self-identity. School counsellors and Special Educators facilitate these years by implementing a supportive environment and collaborating with school staff, parents, and external agencies to create a safe and respectful learning conditions. School Counsellors identify students’ personal/social/emotional needs, and provide individual and group counselling to address the issues concerning their mental well-being. Special Educators help to foster academic integrity and establish good study habits that they can take with them throughout their academic endeavours. This helps learners develop positive skills and attitudes critical for holistic development.
iPROPEL @ JBCN International School comprises a variety of progressive, skill-based programmes wherein the learning happens by design and not by default. JBCN International Schools implement the best educational practices and draw upon an array of resources aimed at supporting global learning through the IB ( Authorized DP and PYP) and Cambridge curriculums.
The school provides an optional bus service to the learners within a 7km range. The routes are designed to ensure that the travel time for children is minimised to the extent possible. Each bus has a lady attendant and is equipped with CCTV cameras and GPS. Parents receive alerts once the child reaches school every morning and at the time of departure from school at the end of the day.
